Repeated cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows may result in limited booking privileges or a required deposit for future appointments.

If The Gentz Barbershop uses online booking, deposits, or cancellation fees, those policies may be presented at the time of booking and will apply to your appointment.

Tips are appreciated but not required.

Because barbering services involve time, labor, and personalized work, all completed services are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine whether an adjustment or correction may be appropriate.

Any correction requests should be made within a reasonable time after your appointment.

7. Children and Minors

Children are welcome at The Gentz Barbershop.

A parent or guardian may be required to remain present during services for minors. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior, safety, and supervision of their children while inside the shop.

8. Health, Safety, and Service Refusal

For the safety and comfort of our team and customers, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

Unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior

Signs of contagious illness or unsafe skin/scalp conditions

Harassment of staff or customers

Failure to follow shop policies

Requests that are outside the scope of our professional services

We also reserve the right to stop a service if continuing would be unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the customer’s best interest.

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting The Gentz Barbershop.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

SMS Terms and Conditions

The Gentz Barbershop provides barbering and grooming services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, customer service, and occasional shop updates.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from The Gentz Barbershop. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, customer service messages, and occasional promotional messages related to our services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (970) 620-4052. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
